Advising and formulating legal strategies for jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction entry decisions and business models, by providing regulatory inputs and advising on potential options available

Work with business and compliance partners to advise on internal policies, governance, and compliance programs that meet regulatory obligations, such as a Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism laws, Conflict of Interest and Insider Trading policies etc. 

Advising on management of local counsel in several jurisdictions to secure clear, actionable inputs, including any taxation, licensing or foreign exchange related inquiries and examinations, in an efficient and cost effective manner.

1. Drafting and negotiating a range of agreements in support of business initiatives and employment matters, including non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, vendor agreements and general commercial contracts.
2. Drafting and negotiating marketing, sponsorship, SaaS agreements, as well as IP assignment agreements, and other ancillary legal documents.
3. Drafting and negotiating SAFE, SAFT and Token Warrant/ Purchase Agreements for assisting business development teams in investment and strategic exit transactions.
4. Setting up contract templates and provide support on general corporate matters.
5. Setting up legal operations tools, including CLM solution, DocuSign, and outside counsel management solutions.
