Fact: moving forward in your career would be harder without networking ๐Ÿ’ผ

Roughly 80% of job openings aren't advertised publicly (insane). That means all the connections you ever made professionally are essential. And you should cherish them.

Keeping in touch with your ex-coworkers can be tricky, but it's worth trying. By being on their mind, you can land a fantastic job, and by being distant, you could scare away potential opportunities ๐Ÿ™

Have you ever changed a career path thanks to an ex-teammate? Do tell, we wanna know โœŒ๏ธ

What we love about working here

Above all, we care about good design

First. Humans Work is about humans. That means focusing on people. Cause every company, every product and every team is people. Everyone on the team cares about product and chat to users daily. We donโ€™t just replicate whatโ€™s already been made, we build what we think will truly matter.
Second. Be fast. We use nocode to build faster. On every step we try to simplify the final result for users. Everyone on the team can join the design and development process, change button text without creating issues in tracker.

We get to try the wild ideas we never got to before

When we see something that can be improved, anyone on the team is free to improve it instead of putting a ticket through the process loop. Everyone on the team have massive impact on how the product will turn out and what we work on.
We think in days, not weeks. Projects never span across more than a couple of weeks, and are scoped by a small group of 2 or 3 people. This blog post explains well why being fast matters, and why itโ€™s sooo much fun.

Weโ€™re remote first, with lots of time to do what we love

We do meetings when they're really needed. Not by default. This means most of our days are spent doing what we love and do best โ€“ work on product, designing and developing. No busy work, lots of flow.
It also means we get to work from wherever we want. The rest of us are spread out across Turkey, France, Georgia and Russia.
