In 2021 I started out in traditional Fintech but quickly moved to the DeFi space and developed a genuine interest in the blockchain industry and an understanding of the ecosystem.
Right now, I am leading the partnerships/integrations and sales processes for Lido. There, I build and maintain a pipeline of partnership integrations with protocols, MM, and infra providers. I have doubled Lido’s market share (from 0,5 to 1% in a large and competitive staking market) in Q3 2022, made 42 VC connections, and onboarded four of them.
